4. CUSTOM GARMENTS

Custom garments are produced exclusively for each client based on selected designs, measurements and fittings.

By confirming a custom order, the client acknowledges that:

• Production timelines are estimates and may vary

• Attendance to fittings is essential for proper results

• Minor variations are inherent to handmade garments

All custom-made garments are final sale, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

BR TRONCOSO ATELIER SRL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud or inventory limitations. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded.

6. READY-TO-WEAR ORDERS

Ready-to-wear orders are subject to availability. Size exchanges are offered only for in-stock items and are not guaranteed.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the Size Chart prior to purchase.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times and conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

BR TRONCOSO ATELIER SRL is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs or circumstances beyond our control.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Refunds are accepted only for damaged or defective ready-to-wear items, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

Incorrect size selection, personal preference or change of mind do not qualify for refunds.
