5. CUSTOM GARMENTS, FITTINGS & MEASUREMENTS

Measurements are taken professionally during fittings or provided by the client
Minor adjustments may be required during the fitting process
Final results depend on body structure, posture and fitting attendance

Custom garments are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are produced exclusively for the client and cannot be resold.

This policy does not affect statutory rights applicable to ready-to-wear products.

6. READY-TO-WEAR

Ready-to-wear garments are subject to the return and exchange conditions indicated at the time of purchase, provided items are unused and in original condition.
