SHIPPING POLICY
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This policy applies to ready-to-wear garments only purchased from BR TRONCOSO ATELIER SRL through www.beatrizrodriguezt.com or authorized sales channels.
Custom-made, made-to-measure and bespoke garments are subject to separate production, delivery and return conditions and are non-refundable.
2. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, weight and delivery method. Promotional free-shipping offers, when available, will be clearly stated.
3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched.

Dominican Republic: 3–7 business days

United States: 7–10 business days

Europe: 7–12 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, courier delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed during business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, clients will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the client.
6. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY & RISK
Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, BR TRONCOSO ATELIER SRL is not responsible for delays, losses or damages caused by the shipping provider.
Risk of loss transfers to the client upon delivery to the carrier.
7. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
BR TRONCOSO ATELIER SRL is not liable for delays, losses or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable addresses. Any re-shipping costs will be charged to the client.
8. REFUSED, UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If an order is refused, unclaimed or returned to us due to client error, failure to pay customs fees or inability to contact the recipient:

Any additional return or re-shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the item is received and inspected
9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES (READY-TO-WEAR ONLY)
Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for return or exchange provided that:

A return request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery

The item is unused, unworn, unaltered and in original condition

All original tags, packaging and accessories are intact
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration or improper handling will not be accepted.
10. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and non-refundable:

Custom-made, made-to-measure and bespoke garments

Items altered at the client’s request

Items purchased on sale, promotion or with a discount (unless otherwise stated)

Accessories or intimate items, when applicable
11. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
12. REFUNDS
Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to reflect the refund.
13. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or defective, the client must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
BR TRONCOSO ATELIER SRL shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, customs delays, strikes, courier disruptions or governmental actions.
