REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL POLICY

At BR TRONCOSO ATELIER SRL, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

This Refund & Size Exchange Policy applies exclusively to ready-to-wear garments.
Custom-made, made-to-measure and bespoke garments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. REFUNDS — DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY

Refunds are accepted only in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The client must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage must be provided

  • The item must be unused, unworn and in original condition

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, the client will receive instructions for return.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3. SIZE EXCHANGES (READY-TO-WEAR ONLY)

Size exchanges are offered subject to availability.

  • Exchanges apply only to items currently in stock

  • If the requested size is not available, the exchange cannot be applied

  • Exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on inventory at the time of request
     

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY — SIZE SELECTION

Clients are responsible for selecting the correct size at the time of purchase.

We strongly encourage reviewing our Size Chart before placing an order.
Differences in fit due to personal body proportions, preference or incorrect size selection do not qualify for refunds.

5. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Items damaged due to wear, improper use or handling

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Sale or discounted items (unless otherwise stated)
